Um die Dynamik des Projekts aufrechtzuerhalten, wurden Funktionsprototypen in nur wenigen Wochen entworfen, getestet und zur Produktionsreife gebracht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Automatisierte Workflows l\u00f6sen Standardanfragen schneller und ein reibungslos funktionierendes, durchg\u00e4ngiges Self-Service-Portal steht den Bayer-Mitarbeitern rund um die Uhr zur Verf\u00fcgung. \"F\u00fcr mich war es wichtig, dass wir eine benutzerfreundliche Oberfl\u00e4che haben\", sagt Thomas Pfennig, Global Head of Compliance &amp; Data Privacy bei Bayer. \"Um die Benutzer zu \u00fcberzeugen, musste sie ansprechend sein. Im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern ist die ServiceNow-Plattform mit ihren umfangreichen Anpassungsm\u00f6glichkeiten und den sofort einsatzbereiten Funktionen einfach angenehmer zu bedienen.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Auswirkungen sind signifikant. Seit der Einf\u00fchrung des ersten Workflows in der Organisation im letzten Jahr wurden fast 30.000 Anfragen \u00fcber die LPC-Plattform bearbeitet. Unter anderem wurden \u00fcber die LPC-Plattform mehr als 4.600 allgemeine rechtliche Anfragen, 3.400 Due-Diligence-Pr\u00fcfungen durch Dritte und fast 20.000 Fair-Market-Value-Pr\u00fcfungen (eine Anforderung gem\u00e4\u00df den Kodizes der pharmazeutischen Industrie) bearbeitet, wobei die Automatisierungsrate bei einigen Prozessen bis zu 80 % betrug. Es gab fast 10.000 Nutzer mit einer schnell wachsenden Akzeptanzrate innerhalb der Organisation mit mehr als 100.000 Mitarbeitern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Engagement der Nutzer l\u00e4sst sich anhand des Wachstums der Wissensdatenbank, der Anzahl der eingereichten Fragen und der Geschwindigkeit, mit der Anfragen geschlossen werden, verfolgen.
