An dieser Stelle kommt das Konzept des Workflows ins Spiel. \u201cWorkflow\" wird von der Workflow Management Coalition (WfMC) definiert als \"<em>eine ganze oder teilweise Automatisierung eines Prozesses, bei dem Dokumente, Informationen oder Aufgaben von einem Stakeholder zu einem anderen gem\u00e4\u00df einer Reihe von Regeln zur Ausf\u00fchrung weitergeleitet werden<\/em>\" (\u201cNext Stage Legal Project Management: Future-proof Your Matter Management\u201d, Global Law and Business 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Ein Prozess ist also eine Reihenfolge von Aufgaben, und der Workflow ist <strong>eine Methode zur Verbesserung der Effizienz<\/strong> dieser Reihenfolge. Wenn wir von der Digitalisierung der Prozesse sprechen, meinen wir damit das Organisieren der Prozesse in standardisierten Workflows mit klar definierten Schritten, Zielen, Stakeholder und KPIs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Wie entwickelt man ein \u201cWorkflow Mindset\u201d?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die gute Nachricht ist, dass Sie es wahrscheinlich schon haben. Wir alle arbeiten in Prozessen, auch wenn wir uns dessen oft nicht bewusst sind und auch wenn unsere Prozesse manchmal vielleicht unstrukturiert sind. Beim \u201cWorkflow Mindset\u201d geht es darum, diese \"unbewussten\" Prozesse in formellere Arbeitsabl\u00e4ufe umzuwandeln und dabei stets \u00fcber die Effizienzsteigerung nachzudenken.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beim \u201cWorkflow Mindset\u201d geht es auch darum, Zusammenh\u00e4nge zwischen verschiedenen, auf den ersten Blick nicht miteinander verbundenen Prozessen in Ihrer Kanzlei oder Rechtsabteilung zu erkennen.
