Das verstehen wir unter \"Work-Life-Balance\". Als Unternehmen bieten wir bereits mehr Urlaubstage an, als es das deutsche Gesetz vorschreibt. Aber k\u00f6nnen wir das noch \u00fcbertreffen? Die Idee f\u00fcr unser \"9 f\u00fcr 10 Programm\" war geboren. Und es passt perfekt zu unseren <a href=\"https:\/\/smartvokat.com\/de\/company\/#ourvalues\">Werten<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Das Konzept \"9 f\u00fcr 10\"<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What is putting most pressure on oneself? Squeezing in a doctor&#8217;s appointment, feeling guilty (again) about not making it to the gym? Not spending quality time with kids or your hobby close to your heart? &#8220;9 for 10&#8221; (abbreviated as &#8220;9\/10&#8221;) is addressing most, if not all of it. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alle zwei Wochen erhalten unsere Teammitglieder nun einen freien Tag. Dieser Tag ist frei w\u00e4hlbar, sofern ein Kollege f\u00fcr den Tag Ihrer Abwesenheit einspringen kann. Urlaubstage sind davon nicht betroffen und k\u00f6nnen wie gewohnt genommen werden.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Den Test in der Realit\u00e4t bestehen<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the course of a three-month experiment, we analysed its effects on the team\u2019s work-life balance, i.e., its well-being, and productivity by individual and collective observations as well as 1:1s between project managers and project team members. In essence, the feedback was overwhelmingly positive, handovers worked well and we even saw more team coheasion happening. Productivity was as good as before and in some case even higher.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Team-Feedback<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hier
