Maria Govis and Susanne Marks have been appointed as “Co-Heads Legal Transformation Advisory”, a newly created role. Consequently, both will join the leadership team, which also includes the other newly created COO position (tba later) as well as the two managing directors Ignaz Fuesgen and Julien Weiler.
